Summerfest quick start
Find your role and get going.
Short, plain steps for everyone in Summerfest. Pick the section that matches you. For anything deeper, every screen has a help button into the full documentation.
Founders
Get pitch-ready with a coach. Here is the whole path, start to finish.
- 1Open your claim link and confirm your basic information.
- 2Do the founder diagnostic: a few quick context questions, then rate yourself on the six Summerfest areas (Creativity, Traction, Opportunity, Team, Goodness, Q&A Readiness).
- 3You are matched with a coach. Meet with them.
- 4After each session, do the two-minute check-in.
After each session: The check-in is short and has no long answers: three quick questions about how the session went, then re-rate the same six areas. It is saved to your Relationship Card and compared to your starting scores so you can see progress.

You support founders toward pitch day. In Summerfest you are a coach, not a mentor.
- 1Open your claim link and confirm your profile. Add your phone number so you get session alerts.
- 2Do the coach diagnostic: confirm your background, mark the areas you are strongest in, and tell us how you coach.
- 3You are matched with founders. Meet with them.
- 4After each session, complete the post-session capture (under five minutes).
After each session: The capture has four short parts: confirm the session happened, rate the founder on the six areas with one quick note each, set the next commitment, and give a pitch-day readiness signal (flag urgent if you are worried). It is saved to the Relationship Card.
